Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students under the supervision of a licensed SLP. This role offers structured caseloads, strong team collaboration, and a clinical and administrative support network.

The position emphasizes pediatric schooling, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for professional development and licensure reimbursement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA license.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services following plans created by the supervising SLP.
• Support students in articulation, expressive/receptive language, and social communication.
• Accurately document sessions and track student progress.
• Assist with implementing IEP goals and classroom carryover strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and supervising SLPs to support student outcomes.
