YES Prep Public Schools is seeking a bilingual Speech Language Pathology Assistant to deliver speech-language services to eligible students in a dynamic Houston area environment. The position supports IEP goals, data collection, and evaluation assistance for Spanish-speaking students under a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a Texas SLPA license (or in process) with bilingual Spanish proficiency and strong time-management in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution required.
• Valid or pending Texas license as an SLPA required.
• Bilingual Spanish fluency (speak, understand, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students.
• Assist with IEP goals, data collection, and progress reports.
• Assist with evaluations for Spanish-speaking students under supervision.
• Document performance and maintain therapy records and materials.
• Collaborate with teachers to support oral and written language skills.
