Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in the Roselle, IL area. The role focuses on delivering both direct and consultative speech-language services to Spanish-English speaking students onsite in the school district.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Illinois PEL with SLP endorsement, and IL IDFPR licensure, plus bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement.
• Illinois State License through IDFPR.
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language screenings, assessments, treatment, and progress reporting for students.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals and standards.
• Plan, attend, and present at IEP meetings and student conferences with school staff.
• Support district-wide student needs as part of a collaborative therapy team.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by school administration.
