Job summary

Point Quest Group in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to provide SLP services within K-12 settings. You will assess students, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy aligned with IEP goals while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

This part-time role includes completing IEPs, participating in annual and triennial reviews, and supervising SLPAs as applicable. Benefit packages and supportive professional development are provided.

Qualifications

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.

  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.

Pay Range: $50-$60

Job Description: ESY| $50-$60/hour | Part-Time-4.25 hours per-day| Algonquin, IL | State SLP and PEL License Required

About the Role:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred:
  • One year of experience in speech therapy
  • Department of Education certification
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
  • Experience with school-based caseload management
