Job summary

IEP Therapy, a member of the Point Quest Group, is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow for a full-time, school-based role in Indianapolis, IN. The position offers a pay range of $43-$47 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and mentorship for new grads.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering direct therapy, and ensuring IEP compliance. Collaboration with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Eligibility to work in the US.
  • DOJ/FBI Livescan background check required.

  • Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
  • Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).

About the Role

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Clearances

Skills

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.

Communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
