Sproutlings Speech & Language Center in Orlando, FL is hiring a bilingual CCC-SLP to manage a pediatric caseload in Spanish and English. You will evaluate, treat, and coach families in their dominant language with administrative support handling scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification active or license-eligible.
• Florida SLP license active or in process.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Availability for evening hours through at least 6:30 PM on designated days.
• CPR certification and ability to pass Level 2 background screening.
• Pediatric clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluation and treatment to a pediatric caseload (birth–18) in both Spanish and English
• Conduct bilingual and Spanish-dominant evaluations, including dynamic assessment and appropriate use of norm-referenced tools with bilingual populations
• Write clear, defensible evaluations and treatment plans that support insurance authorization and medical necessity
• Provide caregiver coaching and home-program instruction in the family’s preferred language
• Collaborate with our OT and COTA team on co-treatment and shared caseloads
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, clinical fellows, and student interns as appropriate
• Complete documentation in our EMR within 24–48 hours of service
• Partner with intake to keep evaluation-to-treatment conversion fast and waitlist time short

Sproutlings Speech & Language Center is a pediatric speech-language and occupational therapy practice serving families across Lake Nona, Orlando, and Central Florida. We recently doubled our clinic footprint to meet growing demand — and a meaningful share of the families on our waitlist need services in Spanish.

We’re hiring a bilingual CCC-SLP to carry a pediatric caseload in both Spanish and English. This is not an English-only role with occasional interpretation. You’ll evaluate, treat, and coach families in their dominant language, and you’ll be compensated for that skill set. Administrative support handles scheduling, authorizations, and billing so you can focus on clinical work. Must be willing to work evenings.

Qualifications

Required

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English. This is a bilingual position and fluency is non-negotiable. You must be able to administer evaluations, deliver treatment, counsel and coach caregivers, and handle clinical conversations independently in Spanish — without an interpreter. Spanish proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.
• Availability to work evening hours. Our families work during the day, and demand for after-school appointments is where our capacity is tightest. This role requires a schedule that includes evening availability through at least 6:30 PM on designated days.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an ASHA‑accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP)
• Active Florida SLP license, or license‑eligible with application in process
• Current CPR certification and ability to pass a Level 2 background screening
• Pediatric experience in a clinic, early intervention, or school setting

Preferred

• 2+ years post‑CFY experience in pediatrics
• Familiarity with Florida Medicaid and commercial payer documentation requirements
• Experience with AAC, feeding/swallowing, or apraxia populations
