Eleutheria is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to provide K-12 therapy in Algonquin, IL. You will assess, plan, and deliver services aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

The role requires an active state SLP license, DOJ/FBI background clearance, TB clearance, and strong communication skills. This is a part-time position with competitive benefits and support services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
  • Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
  • Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)

Job Title:

Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist

Pay Range:

$50-$60

ESY| $50-$60/hour | Part-Time-4.25 hours per-day| Algonquin, IL | State SLP and PEL License Required

About the Role:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Must Have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred:
  • One year of experience in speech therapy
  • Department of Education certification
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
  • Experience with school-based caseload management
