Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. seeks a Bilingual Special Education Teacher to provide in-person home instruction for a 15-year-old student for the next 14–16 weeks during the current school year. The role offers after-school/evening or weekend sessions with competitive hourly pay.

Requirements include New Jersey teaching certification, up-to-date clearances, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish. Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) is required; flexible scheduling and strong account team support

Qualifications

• Must hold a New Jersey school certification.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement specialized instruction to drive student achievement.
• Conduct progress monitoring and adjust instruction based on data.
• Establish a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom environment.
• Provide support to students, parents, and general education staff; support student learning.
• Mentor and coach students on self-regulation and organizational skills.
• Develop effective IEPs translating into measurable results.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
