Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking an in-home, part-time bilingual Spanish Special Education Tutor to deliver personalized academic instruction primarily in Spanish while providing socio-emotional support. Work is performed at students’ homes with flexible hours (2–10 hrs/week) and W-2 employment.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to communicate progress to families and school staff. Start with one student and grow hours as you wish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience supporting students with special needs or learning differences is preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and student-centered approach required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 sessions in Spanish tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Implement lesson plans in Spanish aligned to each student’s IEP goals.
• Adapt materials to each student’s learning profile and language needs.
• Track progress and communicate with families in English or Spanish as needed.
