Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Special Education Resource Teacher to support elementary students in Boulder, CO. This is a full-time, in-person role for the 2026-2027 school year.

The teacher will develop and manage IEPs, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and foster an inclusive learning environment. Requirements include a valid CO Special Education Generalist license (or in process), a Bachelor's or Master's in Special Education, and preferably bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Colorado Department of Education Special Education Generalist license or application in process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Provide specialized instruction in academics, behavior, social-emotional learning, and executive functioning.
• Coordinate annual, initial, and reevaluation IEP meetings.
