AB Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Special Education Resource Teacher for Pioneer Elementary School in Lafayette, CO for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time, school-based position focuses on elementary students and requires collaboration with staff.

The role emphasizes IEP development, accommodations, and support for Multilingual Learners, including Spanish-speaking students, with a strong focus on an inclusive, structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of classroom experience.
• Must hold or currently be in the process of obtaining a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred, but not required.
• Experience supporting Multilingual Learners, including students whose home language is Spanish.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Special Education instruction and support to elementary students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide appropriate accommodations and modifications based on student needs.
• Support Multilingual Learners, including students whose home language is Spanish.
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, Special Education staff, related service providers, administrators, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
