Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar roles.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with first-then boards and token systems.
• Experience with behavior management techniques.
• Ability to work with non-verbal and developmentally delayed students.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Energetic and flexible attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to implement behavior strategies in a classroom setting.
• Resume demonstrating relevant experience.
