Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license with TBHEC in good standing (LPC, LPC-S, LCSW) or provisional licensure (LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, LMSW).
• At least 1 year of paid clinical experience in counseling.
• Strong ties to Kingwood, TX community and referral partners.
• Ability to maintain a caseload per full-/part-time status.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy; telehealth options available on request.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical staff, and school personnel.
• Engage in marketing/outreach to grow referral base and Kingwood brand.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and clinic events; ensure clinical policies are followed.
