Job summary

PNC is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Teller Lead to join the Branch Banking team in Phoenix, AZ. Based at the 91st Thomas Branch, you will coach tellers, identify opportunities, and enhance customer experiences while ensuring efficient branch operations.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. This in-office role does not provide visa sponsorship. Prior teller/leadership or banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish required.
• Experience in customer service or banking preferred.
• Knowledge of branch operations and teller roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead tellers and provide coaching to improve customer experience and loyalty.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff.
• Educate customers on digital banking options and branch services.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are accurate and efficient.
