Job summary

Positive Impact Health Centers Inc. is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in stocking, preparing, dispensing, and charging medications. The role includes inventory control, insurance processing, and bilingual communication to support Spanish-speaking patients.

The technician must be licensed in Georgia and have 1–3 years of pharmacy experience, with familiarity in PioneerRx Fill Software. On-site work in the Georgia facilities is expected, with emphasis on patient-centered

Qualifications

Licensed pharmacy technician in good standing with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy.
1 to 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
Past experience with Pioneer Rx Fill Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist(s) in storing, preparing, dispensing, reconciling and charging of all medications.
Maintain an adequate and accurate drug inventory and quality control procedures.
Enter patient and medication order information into pharmacy fill software.
Process and submit insurance claims and prior authorizations.
Provide quality customer service to patients and healthcare providers while complying with HIPAA.
