Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred/perks the starting pay for bilingual candidates.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training is provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with two weeks advance notice for seniority-based shifts.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and stay current with products.
