Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Natick, MA. You’ll engage customers with a consultative sales style, promoting AT&T’s products and services, and drive sales with a focus on personalized service.

Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus, and training is provided if needed. Expect a 40-hour week with shifts from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, and opportunities for commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• AT&T provides tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals if you have no sales experience.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Assist with events, online orders and outbound calls to current and potential customers.
• Maintain a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance schedule.
