Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Hammond, Indiana. You will engage customers with a consultative sales approach, guide choices, and help them explore the latest devices and services. Expect outbound calls, in-store events, and online order fulfillment to drive sales while meeting targets.

Earn between $47,500 and $75,000 with uncapped commissions, plus strong benefits. A 40-hour weekly schedule includes weekends; prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and be coached to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor and at events.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends; 40 hours per week.
