Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Fayetteville, NC to connect with customers using a consultative approach and leverage our full range of devices and services. You will influence purchase decisions, drive sales, and contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Expect a schedule that runs 9am–9pm with weekends, and opportunities for training and career growth. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, with generous starting pay and uncapped commissions

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with quarterly advance schedules.
• This fast-paced environment requires flexibility and adaptability to evolving tech and customer needs.
