Expect a role that blends in-store service with community events, online orders, and outbound outreach, with a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends and advanced shift planning. Salary ranges from $47,000 to $75,000 with uncapped commission and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• You’ll work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends with two-week advance rotations.
• Remain flexible to evolving tech and customer needs.
