Job summary

AT&T in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-store team. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options, build connections and help them choose the right devices and services.

This role requires full office presence (5 days/week) at the posted location, with a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; bilingual Spanish/English candidates may earn additional starting pay through language

Qualifications

Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
Participate in events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
