AT&T in Memphis is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English to help customers explore AT&T products and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach, meet sales targets, and may earn uncapped commissions based on performance.

You’ll work a schedule including evenings and weekends, with a focus on friendly, customer‑centric service and community engagement. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, and bilingual ability is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
