Job summary

AT&T in Augusta, GA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the right wireless, internet, and device services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide options, meet sales targets, and earn commissions based on performance.

You'll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with monthly advance schedules. Prior retail or customer-facing experience helps, and bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and learn evolving tech.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; monthly schedules released in advance.
• Aim to meet/exceed sales targets with available training and coaching.
