Job summary

AT&T in Austell, GA is seeking Retail Sales Consultant to provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and personalized sales solutions. You will guide customers through options, meet targets, and earn commissions with AT&T’s products and services.

Qualifications

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
No sales experience? training and coaching will help you meet goals.
Earn between $28,184 and $51,610 with uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
