AT&T in Lake Forest, IL is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers choose the right devices and services with personalized guidance. You’ll earn commission on sales and join a team focusing on community connection and exceptional service.

You’ll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls. The role requires flexibility with shifts 9am–9pm, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Training and coaching provided if you’re new to sales.
