AT&T in Hanford, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English to connect with customers and provide personalized sales guidance. You will help customers choose from AT&T’s products and services, process online orders, and extend outreach to new and existing clients.

You'll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with ongoing training and coaching. Performance drives earnings through commissions, with substantial upside for top sellers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training provided to help meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor with options and recommendations.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work toward sales targets to earn commissions; top performers can reach higher earnings.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, with shifts from 9am–9pm.
