Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in WA. You’ll engage customers with bilingual English/Spanish options, guiding them through products and services to meet their needs on the sales floor.

You’ll participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls, earning commission as you hit targets. Expect a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends and comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Bilingual Spanish/English may lead to additional starting pay depending on geography.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ advance schedules.

• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $58,857 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
