Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Corpus Christi, TX who can connect with customers in both Spanish and English. You will guide customers through options with a consultative approach, assist with online orders, and participate in community events while working a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, with training provided as needed. This role offers uncapped commissions and a strong focus on meeting sales targets while using AT&T’s

Responsibilities

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $12.87 - $25.51 + up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
