AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in the San Antonio area to engage customers with bilingual service and personalized sales expertise. You’ll work a schedule that spans 9am–9pm, including weekends, serving the community and meeting sales goals with supported commissions.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training is provided to help you succeed and grow within AT&T’s broad product portfolio and services.

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $12.87 - $25.51 + up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
