Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual abilities (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Minimum age 18, legally eligible to work in the US, and high school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Demands

Most work involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Other physical activities include reaching, climbing, stooping, and handling small parts. Visual requirements include working with small components and computer screens, which can be managed with corrective lenses if needed.
