Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a driven bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Associate to join our Fort Worth team. You will help customers understand AT&T products and services and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced store environment.

You will engage with customers daily, meet personal performance goals, and have opportunities for advancement within our retail team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
