Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees across multi-state operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and payroll taxes.
• Oversee payroll tax filings, reconciliations, quarter-end and year-end processing, audits, and reporting.
• Administer deductions, garnishments, and benefits-related payroll transactions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.
