Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong client service orientation
• 1+ year interpreting experience preferred
• Industry certifications (CMI, CCHI) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct and confidentiality.
• Follow interpretation protocols and industry best practices.
• Meet client clearance requirements as directed.
• Report on-site to accepted assignments in a timely manner.
