Ruiz Lopez CPA is seeking an International Tax Senior Associate to join our growing team in a fast-paced, on-site Miami environment. You will lead, mentor, and review tax associates, handling complex returns for individuals and entities, including international forms.

The role emphasizes tax planning, cross-border transaction structuring, and collaboration with clients and internal teams. On-site work in Coral Gables area, with opportunities for professional growth and discretionary bonuses.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in tax planning and/or compliance with international taxation focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and coach tax associates.
• Review workpapers and tax returns for individuals and entities including international forms.
• Oversee research and deliverables for international tax planning projects.
• Manage client onboarding and engagement support processes.
• Draft client communications regarding IRS regulations and planning opportunities.
