Qualifications

• 15+ years of continuous public accounting experience.
• Extensive corporate/partnership/trust tax and high-net-worth client work.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Taxation; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review tax returns and advise on accuracy and tax savings.
• Ensure timely filing of federal, state and local returns.
• Manage managers, supervisors, seniors and junior staff.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning; research complex tax matters.
• Supervise and mentor associates on client engagements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in tax procedures.
• Maintain expertise and update staff on tax law changes.
