Jacoby & Meyers is seeking a Bilingual Senior Intake Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will engage with prospective clients, qualify cases, and aim to convert leads into retained clients using strong sales and customer service skills.

The position offers a base salary with incentive compensation, and requires 4+ years in legal intake or related fields, with Spanish bilingual fluency and excellent phone communication. Flexible hours and weekend coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, or auto insurance sales.
• Spanish bilingual required with excellent verbal communication on calls.
• Empathetic, persuasive communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for leads seeking legal assistance.
• Qualify cases and explain the value of Jacoby & Meyers to clients.
• Convert qualified leads into retained clients using sales skills.
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and earnings incentives.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent client service.
