Our Job Opening

BravoFit is searching for a Bilingual Spanish Fitness Trainer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for running the Planet Fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in achieving their fitness goals by designing simple workout programs and instructing them on proper use of equipment.

Your Contributions

• Familiarize members with the facility, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and motivate members seeking support.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals through DYOP (Design Your Own Program), providing motivation and support.
• Instruct and acclimate members to each piece of equipment, ensuring safe and proper use.
• Create bi-weekly updates with various exercises.
• Meet class requirements, size, and variety.
• Assist with front desk activities such as answering phones, member check-in, new member sign-up, tours, and inventory tracking.
• Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance of the club and equipment.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating as needed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, nonexempt position. Hours may vary between Monday and Sunday, 6 a.m. to 5:59 a.m., including holidays.

Experience

• Experience using Spanish and English professionally is preferred
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a gym setting
• General computer knowledge

Other

• Must be 18 or older
• Personal Training Certification (preferred from IFA, ACE, or NCSF; costs reimbursed upon certification)
• CPR Certification (obtained through employment)
• Planet Fitness University Classes (obtained through employment)
• Tanning Certification (obtained through employment)
