Responsibilities

• Interpret instructions during hands-on training and daily operations.
• Translate job duties, procedures, work methods, and safety requirements.
• Observe trainers and clearly communicate instructions to Spanish-speaking employees.
• Ensure understanding of operational, safety, quality, and production expectations.
• Assist employees in understanding workplace policies and procedures.
• Interpret conversations between employees and management when needed, including performance discussions and sensitive matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally while preserving meaning and tone.

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Training Interpreter to support employee training and daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will provide real-time interpretation between English-speaking trainers, supervisors, and Spanish-speaking employees.

This position plays an important role in ensuring employees clearly understand their job responsibilities, work instructions, safety requirements, quality expectations, and workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret instructions during hands-on training and daily operations.

• Assist employees in understanding workplace policies and procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and workplace information.
• Communicate accurately and professionally while maintaining the intended meaning and tone of the original conversation.
• Follow all facility safety procedures and promote safe working techniques.

Candidates must be available to work the required overnight schedule.
