Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Home Care Aide to support seniors in their own homes. You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and errands, fostering independence and comfort for clients.

Applicants should be fluent in Spanish and English, have a HS diploma or GED (or 1 year caregiving experience), a valid driver’s license, and access to insured transportation. CNA is welcomed but not required; state training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of previous experience as a caregiver.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation.
• CNA certification is encouraged but not required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.
