Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a bilingual Spanish Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical services at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Paterson, NJ. The CMO reports to the CEO and builds a high-performing medical team focused on patient-centered care.

The role requires an MD, NJ license, board certification, and at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience. Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and loan repayment support are offered.

Formación

• MD with accredited residency completion.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in NJ or eligibility for licensure.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or related specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive and clinical leadership for all medical services and patient care programs.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate all clinical providers and staff.
• Lead provider recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and professional development.
• Oversee credentialing, privileging, peer review, and scope-of-practice determinations.
• Establish productivity standards and conduct monthly performance reviews with providers.
• Drive clinical quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
