Clarvida in Tustin, CA is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our Children’s program. This full-time, on-site role provides individual, group, and family therapy and coordinates client intake and support services.

The position requires a Master’s in social work, psychology, or counseling, California AMFT/APCC/ASW registration, bilingual Spanish, and at least two years of mental health experience. Competitive hourly pay and licensure supervision are included.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Registered CA AMFT/APCC/ASW.
• Minimum two years of mental health experience in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy (IOP).
• Conduct crisis intervention consultations and assist with treatment planning.
• Facilitate educational and vocational planning for clients.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and program development.
• Document clinical services and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain professional boundaries.
• Provide community consultation, education, and linkages to intensive interventions.
• Teach classes such as parenting, domestic violence, and anger management.
• Meet monthly productivity requirements as established by supervisor/program.
• Transport clients as needed using personal vehicle.
• Perform on-call duties and other duties as assigned.
