Clarvida is hiring a Pre Licensed Therapist for our Children’s program in Garden Grove. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, access to licensure supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must be bilingual Spanish.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, coordinate intake and support services, and deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care that promotes independence and empowerment. On-site in Garden Grove, CA, with ongoing supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
• Registration as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW in California
• Driver’s license and auto insurance
• 2+ years in mental health care (inpatient/outpatient)
• Strong clinical and written/verbal communication
• Proficiency with documentation systems

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy (IP/OP)
• Coordinate client intake and support services
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Document clinical services and maintain regulatory compliance
• Conduct crisis intervention and treatment planning
• Teach parenting, domestic violence, and anger management classes
• Meet monthly productivity targets
• Transport clients as needed in a personal vehicle
• Perform on-call duties and other duties as assigned
