Help at Home is hiring a Client Service Supervisor!
This is a hybrid role with 4 days in-office, 1 day work from home per week.
Job Summary:
The Client Service Supervisor develops and monitors care plans to ensure clients receive quality care. They serve as the primary liaison between clients, homecare aides, managers, referral sources, and others involved in the client's care.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain clients' files and related paperwork.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient/client and agency information, following HIPAA guidelines.
- Assign homecare aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
- Coach caregivers to ensure high-quality care and escalate concerns as needed.
- Communicate schedules and changes proactively with clients, aides, referral sources, and management.
- Conduct in-home visits to assess needs and communicate changes.
- Prepare and submit departmental reports.
- Document the client's condition and services accurately.
- Maintain records of client satisfaction surveys and visits to address concerns and build relationships.
- Handle client complaints and problems appropriately; report significant issues as required. This is a mandatory reporter position for critical incidents.
- Provide education and coaching on changes to the client’s Plan of Care.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, aides, and referral sources.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This description reflects essential functions; management may reassign duties as needed.Education and Experience:- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable.
- Experience with Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare is preferred.
- Other requirements per state or local rules.

Travel Requirements:- Regular travel required, even in inclement weather.
