We’re looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Benefits Specialist who enjoys a dynamic role that blends hands-on administration with collaborative project work. As part of our Benefits Administration team, you'll support employers across the country, offering both day-to-day client service and strategic support. This is a full-time remote position.

You’re detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and adaptable, consistently delivering quality outcomes.WHAT YOU’LL DO- Support the administration of high-quality benefits services for multiple clients.
- Assist with benefits-related questions and provide support to internal team members and clients.
- Stay informed on client benefit plans and relevant regulatory requirements to support accurate communications.
- Help respond to inquiries from clients, employees, brokers, and carriers, escalating when necessary.
- Assist in processing benefits-related tasks for new hires, separations, and employee changes.
- Monitor benefit eligibility and support timely communications and documentation under guidance from senior staff.
- Provide assistance during Open Enrollment, including preparation of employee communications and coordination of data updates.
- Contribute to benefits-related projects, educational sessions, and compliance activities as directed.
WHAT’S IN YOUR TOOLBOX- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated experience delivering accurate, timely benefits administration.
- High level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRIS systems (preferably Employee Navigator).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Tenacity and a proactive mindset when resolving issues and completing tasks.
- Dependability and follow-through on deadlines and commitments.
- Team-first attitude and alignment with Trüpp’s core values.
WHAT’S GOT YOU HERE- Two years’ work experience in HR/benefits administration or related field.
- Knowledge of relevant benefits laws and regulations.
- Experience with customer service ticketing systems and benefits software.
- A professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and minimal interruptions.
