AT&T Mobility Services is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and drive sales. You will coach a team of retail consultants, assist with merchandising and product launches, and participate in off-site promotions to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with store leadership, leverage industry knowledge, and apply strong planning and problem-solving skills to meet and exceed targets, while supporting a 40-hour workweek in

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience a plus.
• Solid planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

In this role, you'll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you'll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won't be in this alone. You'll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $53,200.00 - $79,800.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
