Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in Walnut Creek, CA. You’ll help run daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences with our services and products. You’ll coach a team, participate in merchandising, and support promotional efforts to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our Assistant Store Managers earn a base salary between $57,000 - $85,600 + 18,000 commission with a total target compensation of $75,000 – $103,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
