AT&T Middletown, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail store operations, partnering with the store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales goals while coaching a team of retail sales consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales/customer service in telecommunications or related industry, with strong communication, leadership, planning, and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate

You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry

• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $47,500 - $71,300 + $18,000+ commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
