AT&T in New York’s Fresh Meadows store is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations and coach a team of sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and hitting sales and service goals.

You will apply strategic thinking, strong communication, and prior retail leadership experience to foster an exceptional customer experience while earning a competitive salary with benefits, including opportunities for growth.

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $57,000.00 - $85,600.00 + commission $18,000. Not to mention all the amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
