AT&T seeks a Store Manager-1 Focus in New York to lead daily store operations, coach a team of retail sales consultants, and drive sales and service excellence. You will oversee merchandising, product launches, and outreach events while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

The role includes best-in-class paid training, with compensation aligned to geography and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package consistent with AT&T standards.

You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And, you won’t be in this alone. Our most successful Store Managers have:

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry

Prior management experience

Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems

The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Our Retail Store Manager earn between $66,100 - $99,100 + $22,000 in annual commissions yearly when sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
