Job summary

AT&T in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager on daily operations, merchandising, and launches. You will mentor a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will gain leadership coaching through paid training and collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store walls, contributing to overall store success and career growth at AT&T.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.

Our Assistant Retail Store Managers earn between $53,200 and $79,800 annual salaries, plus $18,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that come with working at AT&T. An individual's starting salary within this range may depend on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
